Polycom, the leading provider of Unified Collaborative Communications, needed to partner with a regional interactive marketing consultancy with the ability to seamlessly merge strategy and technology in order to help them maintain their competitive edge.
Challenge BLUE was required to lead Polycom's agencies in the development of an integrated approach to strengthen the Polycom brand and drive sales. BLUE also needed to create a continually evolving and all encompassing web presence for Polycom and their products. The site was required to be capable of delivering strategic marketing programs including enhanced channel partner communication, database management, sales generation initiatives and customer retention systems.
Solution BLUE has been recognised by Polycom worldwide as a model marketing partner. BLUE manages and develops a host of innovative online and offline marketing activities, which include strategy development, design, creative, media, analytics and measurement services.
In addition, BLUE continues to increase Polycom's profile online, utilising the Rapport email marketing platform and leads management system to drive lead generation and sales. |
