Iomega Consumer Segmentation eDM Initiative
Iomega Consumer Segmentation eDM Initiative Iomega Corporation provides easy-to-use, high value data storage and data protection solutions to help people protect, secure, capture and share their digital information.

Challenge
BLUE was selected by Iomega as the perfect partner to breathe new life into their customer relationships through revamping their customer data and optimising it for future use. For instance, it was necessary to gather a great deal of customer registration updates (contact, profile data) in order to make these customers actionable for future eDM re-marketing (cross-sell & up-sell) and drive demand for Iomega's new Peerless products.

Solution
BLUE created an integrated eDM and landing page, which made it easy for users to update their profile, while providing a compelling offer to drive registration. Registrants could win their choice of Iomega product – this allowed us to include a research element, which identified the most likely product they would be purchasing next. The average online response rate to eDMs was 10%. This campaign obtained excellent results with an average response rate of 30% – two times greater than the industry standard.
